1 About Us

Shri Sai Engineering ("we", "us", "our") is a CNC laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and fabrication workshop located at Laxminagar, near Jalmandir, Phaltan, Maharashtra 415523, India. We provide job-work manufacturing services to clients across Maharashtra and India.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

3 Services

We offer the following manufacturing services:

• CNC Fibre & CO₂ Laser Cutting (MS, SS, Aluminium, Acrylic, MDF and more)
• CNC Press Brake Bending
• MIG/TIG Welding & Fabrication
• Laser Marking & Engraving
• Heavy Structural Fabrication
• Sheet Metal Assemblies & Components

All services are subject to material availability, machine capacity, and our acceptance of the order.

4 Quotations & Orders

Quotations provided via WhatsApp, email, or our website enquiry form are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may change due to fluctuations in raw-material costs. An order is confirmed only after written acceptance by us and receipt of any agreed advance payment.

5 Drawings & Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for supplying correct technical drawings or files (DXF, DWG, PDF, etc.). We are not liable for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete drawings. Customer-supplied drawings remain the property of the customer. We may retain copies solely for production, quality-control, and re-order purposes.

6 Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed individually for each project. Standard terms require an advance before production begins, with the balance due on or before delivery. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received.

7 Delivery & Lead Times

Lead times are estimates only and depend on order complexity, material availability, and machine scheduling. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (supply chain issues, natural events, power outages, etc.). Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover or dispatch.

8 Quality & Tolerances

All work is performed to standard industry tolerances unless otherwise specified in writing. Any claims regarding quality must be raised within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will, at our discretion, re-work, replace, or credit defective parts that are demonstrably caused by our manufacturing errors.

9 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including but not limited to loss of production, loss of profit, or loss of contracts.

10 Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse or interfere with the site, upload malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of our systems. We reserve the right to suspend access to any user who breaches these conditions.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Satara, Maharashtra.
